In light of government advice surrounding the spread of Coronavirus, it is crucial for all of us to do our part in containing this pandemic as much as possible. It will be amongst us for a long time to come and I am putting in place all measures needed to ensure my clients, my own and my family's health and safety is not at risk as we move forward.
If you or any members of your household have ANY symptoms of Covid-19, please inform me at the earliest opportunity. You MUST rearrange your appointment. I have small children and a business to try and run through this scary time. I would be grateful if you could be mindful of this as I come into very close proximity of you and others throughout my line of work.
In line with government advice, my studio doors will look to re-open on 4th July 2020 for HAIR appointments only. I am starting to take booking for appointments and trials now so please get in touch by email on firstname.lastname@example.org I cannot offer makeup or beauty appointments until given a confirmed date by the government.
I will not be offering any mobile appointments other than the wedding morning, where I will travel to the wedding venue as normal. Any trials or occasion bookings will be carried out at my home studio. This allows me to maintain my studio's hygiene levels, track visitors and keep my kit as sterile as possible.
Please reschedule appointments and trials if you feel unwell.

If your venue should close, illness should occur or you need to postpone your wedding due to COVID-19, your booking fee will be transferrable. If final payments have been made, they are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date and will remain on your booking for the foreseeable future.
If I cannot accommodate your rescheduled wedding date, 50% of your final payment (if already paid) may be refunded, booking fees remain non refundable. I strongly advise you to have wedding insurance, this may cover costs you have lost in the current situation.
If I am affected by the virus and am unable to attend the wedding due to COVID-19, I will endeavour to have an equally skilled and qualified artist in my place or the full amount paid will be refunded.
All final payments are due 4 weeks before the wedding date.
