Bookings are not confirmed and no date is held without a booking fee and agreement in place.
All booking fees paid are non refundable.
Booking fees may be transferred if dates change but this is at Daniella's discretion.
Your final wedding balance must be paid 4 weeks before the wedding date.
If you are booking within 6 weeks of the wedding date, full payment is to be paid within 48 hours of confirmation.
If you cancel your booking once your final balance has been paid, only 50% of the final balance will be refunded. The booking fee remains non refundable.
If Daniella is unable to attend the booking for unforeseen circumstances, either an equally professional artist will replace her or the full amount paid will be refunded.
Cheques are not accepted.
Minimum numbers are bride plus 2 adults. (Elopements are subject to a supplement cost).
If a second artist is required for larger parties, there will be an additional fee added to cover travel etc.
Any changes to bookings or bridal party numbers must be emailed to book@daniellamakeuphair.com and agreed with Daniella.
Final numbers must be confirmed 8 weeks before the wedding date and any number reductions made within that time will still be charged for.
If the wedding location is further than 2 hours away, accommodation will be required for the night before.
Please inform Daniella of any parking requirements of venue details prior to her arrival.
For destination weddings, all travel and accommodation costs are covered by the wedding couple.
Trials are held at Daniella’s home studio in Poulton Le Fylde and are to be paid for on the day of the appointment (unless quoted for in total balance).
Please inform Daniella of any allergies or illneses you have that may cause a reaction prior to application. Should you fail to do so, the artist will not be held responsible.
Daniella has the right to refuse anyone treatment who is suffering with compromised health that may be detrimental to herself, tools or products (I.e. cold sores, conjunctivitis etc).
Strip/ individual lashes are included in all prices, there is no discount if the client does not wish to use them.
Smoking is not permitted throughout the appointment.
Daniella may take photographs during the appointment to be used in her portfolio and social media. Please make her aware if you do not wish for these to be shared. Trial images won't be shared before the date of the wedding unless discussed prior.
If you are happy for Daniella to share your professional photographs, please email them to book@daniellamakeuphair.com and include any supplier credits.
